  Arrived around 11:30am on 12/21 and was the only person in line. Everyone was busy due to a large call in order. Waited over 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Asked about the $5.00 special that had been advertised on TV. She told me it is a two piece chicken with a trimming and a drink, so I said ok and was charged $7.49 for my order. Then the problems really started. They told everyone after me that they would not have any chicken to serve due to two large orders that called in. So people left or ordered something else. I waited until 12:15pm then asked about my order. They asked me what I had ordered and I said "a two piece chicken with one side, coleslaw". A guy went to the back and came back with a box that had a leg and a thigh with a biscuit. So I paid over $7.00 for this?
  Will never, ever eat at one of these places again! Bojangles in Pelham, Al, you suck!

  Great chicken and excellent biscuits. I just wish they had a spicey option on the fried chicken.
